The true experience of Marche
Throughout the region are numerous farm businesses who make quality and variety of the product their strong point. Among various local produce, we can find: lentils, chickpeas, spelt as well as yet other cereals and beans,Coroncina extra-virgin olive oil, meat from the Marche race of cows and factories were we find quality cow-meat and pork butcheries.
The characteristic that unites the various farm businessmen is the production of saffron. Growing this plant, came about by way of a university of Camerino (UNICAM) project and later gave rise to an association of producers, called TIPICITA’ DEI SIBILLINI.
